The University provides the option of job sharing when mutual advantage is gained by both employee and the institution. "Job Sharing Position" means a full-time position that may be held by more than one (1) individual on a shared time basis whereby each of the individuals holding the position works less that full-time. Job sharing is a courtesy to employees and must be approved by the department. It requires a signed agreement between the employee, the supervisor and department head.
