We use Service Advisory Boards composed of service delivery representatives and service users to govern these services.
Our Service Advisory Boards meet at least twice annually to make service management descisions that derive the most value we can for service users.
Service Advisory Board Charters
Board Members are granted access to a Microsoft Team for their respective service where service owners and users can chat and share meeting minutes and recordings.
