Training for new Travel Delegates or delegates wanting a refresher.  If you are booking and processing travel reimbursements for UO business travel, please attend this important training to learn UO Travel Policy, IRS Accountable Plan guidelines and for an overview of the Concur Travel and Expense system. Required for Concur Processor candidates.

Concur Monthly Roundtable  

The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the first Wednesday of each month. It’s an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

Sponsored Projects Services and Traveling with Grant Funds The application of Travel Policy can be complex at times and traveling with grant funds adds another layer of policy and procedure to consider. We are happy to have Jackie Hall, a Senor Sponsored Project Administrator from UO Sponsored Project Services, join our Travel/Concur Roundtable this month to discuss traveling with grant funds. The discussion will highlight special nuances of grant travel, specific rules to follow, and the background and reason for these rules. The conversation will also include an overview of the Fly America Act, the FAA form, and exceptions to the Fly America Act. We look forward to seeing you all for this important presentation!
