Concur Monthly Roundtable
The UO Travel Office hosts a monthly Concur Roundtable for Concur travel delegates and travelers on the first Wednesday of each month. It’s an opportunity to meet your peers and share best practices, stay informed about changes and updates, and provide feedback related to Concur and UO travel.

The academic year is in full swing, UO Faculty and Staff are returning from summer research and professional development travel, and are looking forward to new business travel opportunities over the next year. Now is a good time for travelers to think about getting a One Card and it will be helpful . Please join the Travel Office as we discuss the One Card from A to Z including who is eligible to apply for a One Card, how to get one, and a demonstration on reconciling One Card transactions in Concur Expense Reports. We will also share tips for travel delegates to ensure One Card (and Lodge Card) transactions are accurately documented and all pertinent transactions have been imported to the expense report. We look forward to seeing you!

Department Workshops: "Three Steps to Concur Success"
The UO Travel Office offers a one hour workshop for your staff on "The Three Steps to Concur Success". This session will provide UO business travelers or their support staff with some simple keys to success so users can easily create their Concur Request, Book Travel and file their Expense report. Consider this useful workshop for a staff meeting or an Office Hours session. Let us help you feel more comfortable in the system. We can also provide custom sessions for your specific needs.
