Dynamic Forms is a new software as a service (SaaS) product offered by our long time vendor, Nelnet. It will be replacing the older UO Forms solution and makes it easy to author new forms, support diverse workflow requirements, and integrate with a variety of external APIs. It is a proven solution used by 600+ universities across 18 years.

Form submissions will remain in their current queue for a period of 2 years. Once that timeframe has passed, they will be moved to the Dynamic Forms Warehouse. The Warehouse stores forms for an additional 5 years; after that time, the forms will be purged (form data stored for a total timeframe of 7 years). 

To access reports, click on the Admin dropdown at the top-right of the Dynamic Forms admin homepage and select "Reports". From here, you will see our Reports List. This reporting area is only accessible by form administrators. 

NOTE: The reports that are displayed on the Reports List page are dependent on the permissions on your account. 

Despite multiple email reminders, forms can occasionally become stalled within a particular participant stage and fail to progress.

To address these situations, Dynamic Forms offers the ability to assign an “Escalator” role. When a form remains inactive at a participant stage for a specified period, the system can automatically reroute the co-signer request to an alternate participant, as configured by the form designer. This setting must be configured in the Participants tab for each participant where an "Escalator" is needed:

No. Dynamic Forms is a web-based application that can be accessed through a supported web browser.

In most cases, yes. If the form designer has enabled draft functionality, you can save your progress and return later to complete the form.
