Jeff, with over 25 years of experience in treasury operations, joined the University of Oregon in November 2019 as Director of Treasury Operations.  Prior to joining UO, he was Corporate Treasury Manager at a nonprofit healthcare system headquartered in Wisconsin.  His background includes cash and investment management, debt management, and financial analysis.  Jeff holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance and Banking major from Drake University, and a M.S. in Finance, Investments, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  He lives in Eugene and has a daughter and son who both live in Illinois. Jeff is also an avid college football fan...Go Ducks!

Jesse brings a wealth of expertise to the field of treasury operations, with a career spanning nearly two decades. He has been with UO since 2015, coming to the university from a local community bank where he was controller. His background includes asset/liability management, credit underwriting, and financial analysis. Jesse earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University and his Master of Business Administration from University of Oregon. He also served as a community economic development volunteer in Peace Corps, Azerbaijan with his wife. He lives in Eugene with his wife and two kids and is learning to woodwork.
