FWIORPT - Budget Status Report
The Budget Status Report shows account code balances as requested for specified FOAPAL elements or a financial manager number. These balances reflect totals from the beginning of the fiscal year through the specified fiscal period for the operating ledger. This report differs from the regular Budget Status Form (FGIBDST) in that it contains account level 1 and 2 summaries and an expense summary in addition to individual account balances.
For departments with multiple funds and/or many indexes, a financial manager number may be used to create reports across these funds based on a common organization code or related organization codes. If your department utilizes multiple funds or indexes and you are not sure if you have a financial manager number, call the Business Affairs Office at 6-1115.
